    1. THAT Report 2024-164 Housing Stability Services Update BE RECEIVED; and
    2. THAT staff BE DIRECTED to extend the existing contract with Grand River Estates to an upset limit of $314,140 annually, fully funded by Homelessness Prevention Program provincial grant funding to allow for the wind down plan as described in Section 9 of this report; and
    3. THAT the City Clerk BE DIRECTED to forward a copy of the final resolution and staff report to the County of Brant.
    1. THAT Report 2024 Social Services Report Schedule 2024-239 BE RECEIVED; and

    1. THAT Report 2024-149 Governance Review of the Brantford Brant Local Housing Corporation BE RECEIVED; and
    2. THAT staff BE DIRECTED to take the required steps to prepare for the voluntary dissolution of the Local Housing Corporation (LHC) on or about December 31, 2024; AND
    3. THAT the City Clerk BE DIRECTED to forward a copy of the final resolution and staff report to the County of Brant.
    1. THAT Report 2024-228 Financial Funding Sources for Housing Stability (Homelessness) Programs BE RECEIVED; and
    2. THAT the City Clerk BE DIRECTED to forward a copy of the final resolution and staff report to the County of Brant.
    1. THAT Report 2024-248 Service Manager Notification – Potential Funding Impact BE RECEIVED; and
    2. THAT the City Clerk BE DIRECTED to forward a copy of the final resolution and staff report to the County of Brant, the Member of Provincial Parliament for Brantford-Brant Will Bouma, the Member of Parliament for Brantford-Brant, Larry Brock, and the Member of Parliament for North Brant, Bryan May.
