    1. THAT Report No. 2022-513 Aquatics and Fitness Staffing Realignment BE RECEIVED; and
    2. THAT Staff BE DIRECTED to implement the organizational structure changes for the Aquatics and Fitness Division as outlined in Report No. 2022-513.
    1. THAT report 2022-414 Building Safer Communities Fund – Staffing Resources BE RECEIVED; and
    2. That staff BE DIRECTED to recruit and hire a temporary full-time Community Development Coordinator, for a multi-year period ending March 31, 2026 and contingent upon the signing of a multi-year contribution agreement with the Government of Canada.
    1. THAT Report 2022-440, titled “Development Application Process Review – Temporary Staff Positions to Support DAP Implementation”, BE RECEIVED; and
    2. THAT staff BE DIRECTED to proceed with the recruitment of the temporary contract positions as identified within Report 2022-440.
    1. THAT Report 2022-382, titled “Increase to Building Services Staff Complement”, BE RECEIVED; and
    2. THAT staff BE DIRECTED to implement the position and people resource changes as outlined in Staff Report 2022-382.
    1. THAT Staff Report 2022-448, titled “Operational Services Structure Update”, BE RECEIVED; and
    2. THAT the Director of Operational Services BE DIRECTED to proceed with the structure update and to realign budgets and accounts to reflect the updates as outlined in Report 2022-448; and
    3. THAT the purchase of a new bucket truck in the amount of $200,000 BE FUNDED from Public Works Development Charges Reserve Fund (RF0407)
