Recommendation

1. THAT Report No. 2019-222 - 70 Dalhousie Street Renovation Tender Results BE RECEIVED; and
2. THAT Council AUTHORIZE a total increase in the amount of $1,550,000 to the overall project budget for the redevelopment of 70 Dalhousie Street to be funded from the Capital Funding Envelope Reserve (RF0556), which includes:
  1. An additional $850,000 for construction contingency; and
  2. An additional $700,000 for the Perimeter Heating System Replacement.
