Chair McCreary called the meeting to order and roll call was confirmed.

Strengthening Community Engagement – Community Consultation Campaign Findings [Financial Impact - None], 2025-152

Maria Vissochi, Director of Communications, Community Engagement & Customer Service provided an overview of the report and responded to questions of the Committee. 

• 1. THAT Staff Report, titled “Strengthening Community Engagement – Community Consultation Campaign Findings [Financial Impact – None] BE RECEIVED; and
  2. THAT Staff be directed to update the City of Brantford Community Involvement Framework based on the “Strengthening Community Consultation” campaign public input findings; and
  3. THAT Staff be directed to report back to the Task Force with a recommended Community Involvement Framework update in May 2025.
