    1. THAT the 2020 audited financial statements for the Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation BE ADOPTED; and
    2. THAT the members of the Corporation APPROVE the appointment of the City of Brantford auditors for the financial year of the Corporation ending December 31, 2021
    3. THAT the following incumbents BE APPOINTED as Directors and Officers of Brantford Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation:

      President - Mayor

      Vice-President - Chair, Social Services Committee

      Chief Executive Officer - General Manager, Health and Human Services

      Treasurer/Banking Signing Officer - City Treasurer or Designate
